Ms. Denny is a passionate advocate. She decided to become a lawyer to provide a voice to those who otherwise would remain silent. Ms. Denny is well versed in the family code and how it affects a case both positively and negatively. Ms. Denny is realistic with her clients about what will happen if the case is brought to court compared to if the case is settled. Ms. Denny has gone to trial on several issues from domestic violence, child custody, visitation, and limited conservatorship. Ms. Denny is an outstanding advocate in the courtroom. She is also an excellent writer and her motions clearly lay out her client’s concerns and why their requests are reasonable.
Ms. Denny is empathetic and is graceful in explaining the judicial process to her clients. Her clients feel confident and comfortable in the process. Ms. Denny’s clients know that she is there to navigate the complicated process of California Family Law so they are not on their own.
Ms. Denny has two bachelor’s degrees from California State University, San Marcos. She has a degree in Women Studies and in Political Science. Ms. Denny obtained her law degree in only two and a half years from California Western School of Law in San Diego. In navigating her journey to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Denny fully embraced Elle Wood’s quote from Legally Blonde, “What? Like it’s hard?”
Ms. Denny is from San Diego and enjoys going to the beach with her dog, Bonnie in her free time. She is a huge Charger and Padres fan. Ms. Denny also enjoys playing co-ed slow pitch softball and pickle ball in her spare time.
