“I’m not bringing the kids back” is the worst thing a parent wants to hear. My ex-husband took my two young kids out of state and sent me that message. I didn’t know what to do. Where do I start… Albright Family Law Group from day one have been very straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable about my situation and just family law in general. When I did my initial call to ask questions, they were very honest about what to expect. I started in October, and by December I had my full custody and was awarded what I was fighting for. Lynnell and Mary, along with other staff, are very quick to respond to you and keep you updated with the entire case. They are very professional. Also, a lot of these comments do mention their cost quite often. Which is true, they may be pricey (in my opinion I believe it’s on a case basis); however, for how fast they are, how helpful and what they will do for you, they are very worth it. I was very stressed out, but my lawyer was with me the entire way, communicating with me and making sure we have every detail for my case. I am extremely happy with this law firm! And will forever be grateful for their help! My child’s well-being, safety, and peace is priceless, and I’d definitely choose them all over again. Thank you!

First off, I want to say that this has been a long, emotional journey dealing with a child custody case. I never imagined I would have to go through this. The father of my son filed a child custody order back in March. I had attended the first court date on my own without a lawyer. It was very nerve-wracking, and it surely did not go how I wanted it. After, I knew I had to find a lawyer to defend my rights. When I attended various consultations, I was quoted an outrageous amount for the retainer fee. What also held me back was the things I was told were too good to be true. I was assured that the case would go exactly how I wanted it to. My partner came across this law firm and scheduled a consultation. The head lawyer laid out the whole case and explained how it can turn out. She recommended me to Brittany Schulte. I want to say that I could have not asked for a better person to guide and be there through this journey. She was always on top of everything, even when my son’s father showed no care whatsoever for the case. Due to this, the case also got prolonged; as a result, it lasted a year. There was a time when I suffered a financial conflict, and she was able to work with me through it all. Thankfully, she was able to settle the case, and now it is closed. New review below: Jan 2022 I have been represented by Shauna Albright’s law office several times within the last few years and I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. They are one of the few law firms who really give their all to their clients and their concerns. They make you feel like family as opposed to a paycheck. My most recent custody battle was an ex parte hearing and I was represented by Sierra Denny. Sierra was extremely kind throughout the whole process and really let me know she took the matters of my children seriously. She valued all of my input and put things into place, that way by the end of this process my children would be protected. She is liked by the family law judges and is very knowledgeable about the family law judges’ backgrounds. She pays attention to how to approach them in a respectful manner, that way your concerns are heard and not shut down. She is a go-getter and uses her resources to ensure that your case will be successful. She takes instructions well and provides great feedback. We brainstormed together a lot during my ex parte hearings and never once did she make me feel as if I was a burden with all my input as a concerned parent. She has a very kind heart and gives her clients her all. She represented me 3 times in court for this ex parte hearing and at our final hearing we got everything we asked for. I received sole legal and physical custody of my children and they were protected from any possibility of further abuse. I’m glad Sierra represented me and even though I never want to see another family law judge again I know with her I would be in good hands. I’d also like to add that Mrs. Albright has great judgment when it comes to picking the lawyers that represent her firm and I support her 100%.
